Things You Need for Application 報名所需資料

1. Complete the Entry Form on “Sunshine Nation Singing Contest 2026” official website (www.sunshinenation.ca). If the contestant is under 19 as of the date of application, please have a legal guardian fill out the Guardian Information section of the Entry Form. 登入大會網頁並填妥網上參加表格。假如參賽者在遞交參加 表格當天尚未滿19歲,其監護人必須填報監護人資料。


2. Submit one file-sharing link containing all required materials. The link must be set to public access / unrestricted access so that our team can view and download all files. The folder should include:
   (a) a recent photo of the Contestant (jpeg);
   (b) a 1–2 minute video (mp4) featuring the Contestant singing live, with or without accompaniment;
   (c) an MMO (instrumental accompaniment without vocal) of the song to be performed during the Audition (mp3 or WAVE).
請提交一條包含所有資料的雲端連結,該連結必須設定為公開權限/不受限制權限,以便大會查閱及下載所有檔案。資料夾內須包括:

3. CAD $20 Entry Fee + 5% GST payable online through the “Sunshine Nation Singing Contest 2026” website. Make sure the name and address are that of the credit card holder. 網上以信用卡繳付加幣 $20 + 5% GST 的報名費,請填上信用卡持有人之姓名及地址。
4. After making the payment, you will be assigned a reference number. After you log out, a confirmation email will be sent to you. 付款完畢後,若成功報名,你將會獲發參賽編號及收到確認電郵通知書。

2. Drop-off or mail the completed Entry Form, Entry Fee and a USB saved with (a) Photo (jpeg) of the Contestant; (b) a 1-2 min Video (mp4) that features the Contestant singing a song live with or without accompaniment; (c) MMO (instrumental accompaniment without vocal) of the song (mp3 or WAVE) that will be performed during Audition to Fairchild Radio (Unit 2090-4151 Hazelbridge Way, Richmond, B.C., V6X 4J7). 填妥及簽署參加表格， Richmond, B.C., V6X 4J7)。

Fairchild Radio shall not be held responsible if the Contestant’s Entry Form and related materials cannot reach Fairchild Radio before deadline due to technical reasons such as internet performance. 如因網絡線路繁忙或其他技術原因，而令參賽者之參加表格及相關物件未能在截止日期前傳送到本台，本台概不負責。

Contestants who have not been selected will not be notified individually. 落選的參賽者將不作個別通知。 Fairchild Radio shall retain the Contestant’s information for the purpose of coordinating the “Sunshine Nation Singing Contest 2026”. All information shall be kept confidential and destroyed when the Event is completed. 加拿大中文電台將保存參賽者資料用作 「Sunshine Nation 新一代歌唱大賽」之用。所有資料將絕對保密並於比賽結束後銷毀。
